Membership is open to residents who are new to the Greater Columbus area. They must be visited by the New Neighbors League Club's (NNLC) Area Director (by phone or in person) and join within one year of moving to the area. Membership is open to those new residents who have lived here less than one year.
Amnesty:
Under our Amnesty provision we have two months annually, February and August, during which time membership is open to all interested residents in the Greater Columbus area, regardless of how long they have lived here.
The New Neighbors League Club's Area Director greets newcomers with a free welcome packet containing information on living in the Columbus area, including maps, area information and other useful items.
Fees to join:
The fee to join NNLC include a one-time membership fee of $25.00 which has transfer privileges to any sister chapter, plus an annual activity fee of $35.00 which includes a subscription to the monthly newsletter, CapitalCapers, and a yearly membership directory. The $35 subscription fee is due annually, and is required to participate in NNLC activities.
